How Hostnary services are scoped, delivered and managed.
These terms explain the operating principles behind Hostnary's Managed WordPress, Managed WooCommerce, development and SEO/GEO services.
They should be aligned with any signed proposal, order form or customer-specific agreement.
Service scope
Hostnary provides services according to the selected plan, written proposal or other agreed scope. Website descriptions explain the general service model but do not automatically include every feature in every plan.
Where a proposal, order form or signed agreement defines different or more specific terms, that customer-specific document should take precedence for the relevant engagement.
Plan-based services
Current public plans include different levels of WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO and development work.
Managed WP Business
Adds advanced SEO/GEO, ongoing optimization, integrations and monthly development capacity according to the current public plan.
Managed WooCommerce
Extends management into ecommerce operations, checkout, product/category optimization, integrations, analytics and larger development capacity.

Client responsibilities
The client remains responsible for business decisions, legal/commercial content, products, pricing, customer relationships and access to required third-party accounts.
The client should provide timely approvals, accurate information and appropriate credentials where needed for the agreed work.
Hostnary technical responsibility
Hostnary manages the technical WordPress environment according to the agreed scope, including updates, plugins, configuration, monitoring and technical changes where covered.
While the site is under management, new plugins, integrations and structural changes should be coordinated through Hostnary.
Third-party services, licenses and integrations
WordPress websites often depend on third-party themes, plugins, APIs, payment providers, shipping services, hosting platforms, SaaS tools or licenses.
Hostnary can configure and manage supported integrations within scope, but third-party availability, pricing, licensing, API behavior and service interruptions remain outside Hostnary's direct control.
Unless explicitly included, third-party license fees, paid placements, advertising spend, external SaaS subscriptions and vendor charges are separate from Hostnary service fees.
Monitoring and support availability
References to 24/7 monitoring refer to automated uptime or technical monitoring, not necessarily 24/7 human support.
Human support availability, response expectations and escalation arrangements should be confirmed in the applicable plan or customer agreement.
Updates, changes and maintenance windows
Hostnary may use backups, staging, post-update verification or other safeguards before technical changes when appropriate.
Some changes may require temporary maintenance, third-party approval, additional testing or separate project scope.
Development hours
Where a plan includes monthly development capacity, the current public plan limits apply.
Unused development hours do not roll over. They reserve capacity for the current billing month.
Large projects, work outside the plan scope or third-party costs may require separate approval and pricing.
SEO, GEO and visibility work
Hostnary can provide technical SEO, on-page optimization, Search Console analysis, keyword tracking and AI-search visibility work according to plan scope.
Hostnary does not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, revenue, AI citations, AI recommendations or inclusion in a particular search or answer system.
Off-page SEO opportunity analysis does not automatically include paid backlinks, paid placements or third-party publication costs.
Security, backups and incidents
Hostnary uses reasonable technical practices such as updates, controlled plugins, monitoring and backups to reduce operational risk.
No WordPress environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure or immune to downtime, third-party failure or malicious activity.
Specific backup retention, recovery objectives, incident-response commitments or service-level guarantees should only be considered binding where explicitly agreed.
Billing and renewal
Current public pricing and promotional pricing are shown on the Hostnary website. USD is the canonical/base display currency; EUR may be shown as a rounded convenience conversion.
Taxes, payment currency, renewal pricing, cancellation timing, refunds and other billing details should be confirmed in the applicable order or agreement where they are not explicitly stated on the website.
Client content and website ownership
The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with business content, images, product information and materials supplied for use on the website.
Hostnary's managed model governs technical administration; it does not imply ownership of the client's business, products, customer data or approved content.
Ownership and licensing of custom development, third-party themes/plugins and project deliverables should be clarified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Changes, suspension or termination of service
Service changes, cancellation, suspension and handover should follow the applicable customer agreement and any unpaid-balance or security requirements defined there.
This public page intentionally does not invent cancellation periods, refund rules or handover guarantees that have not yet been formally defined.
